Board Member Benjie Serrano chose to spend his birthday by giving back to his constituents.

On Friday, February 9, Serrano conducted his Dalaw Barangay program for residents of three barangays of Orani in coordination with Gov. Joet Garcia and other members of Sangguniang Panlalawigan.

Dalaw Barangay activities that included medical and dental mission, free haircut, anti-rabbies vaccination, and free zumba were held in Barangays Puksuan, Kabalutan, and Balut.

It has been a yearly tradition for Serrano to share his blessings to the less fortunate members of his hometown.
